Orders & Payments
Once your order is received it is expected that payment will be made by you within 48 hours the date of order. Your order is not final until payment has been made. Please do NOT order if you do not intend to comply with these terms. Ordering my item/s, means you understand your commitment in regards to payment.
Returns & Refunds
Because of the nature of my items, no returns are accepted and no refunds are given for whatever reason. If there is an issue with your purchase, email me and we can discuss the problem.
Shipping
I will confirm via email once your item has been posted. If it does not arrive, this is not because I have not posted it. You will have to contact the Royal Mail and take the issue up with them. I will not provide refunds for undelivered items through no fault of my own. I do offer recorded or special next day delivery within the UK for an extra price or tracked delivery to most countries. In the very rare case of a parcel not arriving (getting lost in the mail) I will only replace the item if you have chosen and paid for special delivery or international tracked delivery. I do not take responsibility for items sent via standard postage that get lost in the mail.
Privacy
All of your information is kept private and deleted after your order is complete. Your privacy is important to me as it is you.
