Q: Do you sell extra photos?
A: Yes I do, they're £8 each pic, 3 panty photos for £20 (emailed) or 5 panty photos for £35 (emailed). See my order form for more options. I also have panty photo-sets available. I don't do any nude or pornographic pictures, but my panty pics are very sexy and always naughty ;)

Q: Do you offer webcam or custom videos?
A: No, sorry I don't.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: I accept payments via internet bank transfer, telephone banking or cash paid at the bank (My bank detail we be sent to you via email). I also accept Amazon.co.uk gift certificates sent to my email address, or other online gift certificates.

Q: How are your items packaged?
A: All orders are vacuum sealed in an airtight bag and shipped discreetly in a plain brown padded envelope - I only use the name and address you provide and will never refer to "worn panties", "used panties" or anything adult anywhere on the outside of the package. Please don't worry I'm very discreet!

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK?
A: Yes I do, shipping rates outside of the UK are £5.99

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the nature of my products, I do NOT offer refunds, however, if you are genuinely not happy with your purchase I will do my best to resolve the problem. In the very rare event of a parcel not arriving (getting lost in the mail) I will only replace the item if you have chosen and paid for special delivery or tracking. I do not take responsibility for items sent with standard postage that get lost in the mail.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: It depends on how many orders I already have at the time you place the order or if it's my time on the month, I will normally be able to predict beforehand when I'll be ready to start your order.
The shipping time may vary depending on the destinations: Europe - from 3 to 7 working days. Outside Europe - from 5 to 10 working days.

Q: Who takes your pictures?
A: I take all my own pics, with my inbuilt camera on my laptop :)

Q: Can you prove you're the girl in the pics?
